Topic-1
Giving Advice.

This week, we practiced a few different ways to give advice.
Here is a summary:

Why don`t you...
If I were you, I`d......

For example:
Why don`t you put on a different shirt?
If I were you, I`d go on a diet!
(The second one is a bit rude, be careful!)

Here are a few other ways to give advice:
You ought to.....
You had better...
You should...

For example:
You should try a different perfume.

アドバイス
rude 失礼
perfume 香料??

Topic-2

This week, we continued talking about where things are in your home, such as furniture and electrical appliances.
Do you know these words in Japanese?
Chopsticks
DVD player
rice cooker
sink
refrigerator
bookshelf
coffee table
armchair

Please look them up in your dictionary!

By the way, refrigerator is a hard word to say...even for English speakers!
You can simple say `fridge! (The spelling changes).

electronic appliance 電気製品
furniture 家具
