Do we have anything in Common?
This week we talked a bit about the kinds of things people have in common. For example hobbies, tastes in fashions, music, movies, etc. Why don't you make a list of some of your favorite things to do and then ask the English Garden teachers to see of we have anything in common?

What type of work is that?
What does that type of work entail?
Remember that in America, it is very natural to discuss work with someone, even if you have only just met them, as a way to get to know them better.

For those of you who like using computers to study, here is a great and free flash card program, that I have mentioned in class before. I use it for Japanese and it works great! Try it with English and let me know how it goes.
