Last weeks' topic in Beginner was still Obon.

Last week's topic in Intermediate class was about breaking up. Here is the handout:

Breaking up

The dictation was rather difficult. But please remember the following words:

go out with... 付き合う
eg. I've been going out with her for three months.
How would you translate the following?

彼女と７年間付き合ってる
付き合った時に
どれぐらい使ったの？

awkward... ぎこちない
get over it.. 立ち直る
get dumped.. 降られちゃった
